按下中間的電源開關，打開電源，電源指示燈（紅燈）亮起。

[5種電擊強度]
電源開啟後，默認設置的電擊強度為中檔
電擊強度可以通過升檔按鈕和降檔按鈕進行控制。

[USB充電]
完整的充電時間約為2小時
充電時，指示燈（綠燈）亮起。充滿電後，綠燈熄滅。

[註]
開機前，請勿觸摸中間通電區域以避免觸電。
建議在皮膚上採用瞬間接觸的方式進行拍打和接觸。請不要在同一個地方使用(電擊)太久，以免燙傷。
不允許患有心髒病或其他相關疾病的人士使用。
不能使用於靠近心臟、頭部、前頸部、面部、生殖器、皮膚異常(皮膚病或傷口)等部位
不能於水中或潮濕環境使用，例如浴室、桑拿
當電源關閉後，仍然有剩餘電流。自然放電需要2分鐘，期間請勿觸摸中間通電區域以避免觸電。您可以將其與其他導電物體接觸以便立即放電。
選擇合適的電擊強度。首次使用時，請確保由低強度開始逐步適應。
若有不適請立即停止使用
